Meal Planning: Week of January 30th

Review from last week:

I tried two new recipes that were absolutely delicious!  The beef bulgogi was amazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing.  And so easy.  Highly recommend this one.  Next time I'll make 4 times the amount of beef to have for lots of leftovers.


Spaghetti squash with meat ragu.  Really loved this one too.  So much that I'm making it again!


Plan for next week:

Saturday: Rosemary Chicken Salad with Bacon and Avocado and garlic bread


Sunday: Spaghetti Squash with Meat Ragu

Monday: Chicken Enchiladas

Tuesday: Roasted Chicken (from the store), roasted carrots and stuffing.


Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Paprika White Wine Bucatini

Friday: Leftovers
