Review from last week:
I LOVE this spring green salad. So filling and delicious.
Plan for next week: Not much cooking! We have so much in our freezer to eat that I'm planning to cut back on new stuff for a few weeks. I'm planning to make 2 meals and then have leftovers and eat stuff from our freezer the rest of the week.
Saturday: Ben's Birthday! Not planning to cook this night, as I'm sure we will be snacking all day (and having cake for dessert).
Sunday: Lagered Chili
Monday: Jerk Pork
Tuesday: Leftover Chili
Thursday: Lasagna from the freezer
Friday: Leftover Lasagna
