Every time I make these meatballs, I'm amazed by how delicious they are. The Chianti sauce is truly one of my favorites.

Tuesday: Cleanse day (ha, don't ask). Something Greg and I are trying, mostly to see if we can do it. Makes for one less day to meal plan ;)

Thursday: Blue Apron Meal: Meyer Lemon-Glazed Catfish with Ginger Collard Green & Cracked Freekeh Salad
Friday: Blue Apron Meal: Steak Tacos & Mole Verde with Radishes & Avocado
Saturday: Out to dinner
