Hide and Seek

I'm not sure why it hadn't occurred to us to play hide-and-seek with Ben before this week, but one evening after dinner we tried it.  As you can imagine, it was a big hit!  

If you ever want something entertaining to do, play hide-and-seek with a 2 year old:

• Each time Greg or I hid, Ben would always run STRAIGHT to the place where he found us the time before.  He didn't consider that there would be another place to hide - hilarious.
• Greg hid on the couch under a mound of pillows, but left his feet hanging out (on purpose).  Ben laughed SO HARD when he saw his feet - "dada is so FUNNY"!
• When it was time for me and Ben to hide together (we hid in his tent), he covered his eyes and started whispering "1, 2, 3". 

We now have a new after dinner/before bath activity.
