Last night, we had the Nikonovs and the Cougans over for dinner. We wanted to thank them for all of their hard work with the move the weekend before, and eat and drink in our new home with friends :) Rachel had hinted that they would be bringing a cake for Ben as they wanted to celebrate his upcoming (tomorrow) birthday, but they also brought an entire birthday party with them!!!
Decorations, party horns, cake, a present and soooooooooooooooo much love that I can hardly stand it. Friends, thank you. We are so lucky our little man has such wonderful people like you in his life! I am still a little in shock that it's been an entire year (almost) since he was born - but what a way to celebrate such a milestone!
We dined on Mexican food, played with the new Radio Flyer Wagon, watched Ben and Maeve run around the house, sang to Ben, watched him eat cake, and wrapped up the night at 8:30 pm :) #ParentStyle (#HurryUpCougans).
