Meal Planning: Week of December 4th

Review from last week:

Blue Apron last week was really good:  Smoked salmon tartines and salad:


Burgers with balsamic onions and potato wedges:


This was my favorite of the three.  Kale Caesar-Salad Style salad with chicken.  Pro-tip: Massaging the dressing into the kale for 4-5 minutes softens the greens up SO much and makes it taste amazing.


Plan for Next Week:

Monday:  Skillet Chicken in Tomato-Chipolte Sauce with Avocado Crema, over rice

Tuesday: Blue Apron Meal: Spicy Shrimp & Bucatini Pasta with Kale

Wednesday:  Blue Apron Meal: Sauteed Beef & Potato Latkes with Roasted Beet & Carrots

Thursday:  Blue Apron Meal: Harissa Chicken Skewers with Khorasan Wheat & Persimmon Salad

Friday: Parent's Night Out
