Meal Planning: July 29th - August 4th

Greg has perfected his rib-smoking process.  We had the Mills family over to enjoy them with us!


And one of my favorite new recipes I've tried lately, these zucchini noodles tossed in sun dried tomato pesto!  The zucchini was left raw and it went so nicely with Greg's amazing grilled chicken.  YUM.

Tuesday: Blue Apron Meal: Salmon & Freekeh Salad with Sweet Peppers, Dates & Olives

Wednesday: Blue Apron Meal: Sweet & Spicy Beef with Jasmine Rice & Crispy Shallot


Thursday: Canyons Reunion!  Greg's former place of work (aka the place we met long ago) is having a reunion!  So fun and can't wait to reunite with everyone!

Friday: Blue Apron Meal: Olive & Pepper Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Butter Lettuce & Cherry Tomato Salad
