Meal Planning: February 11th - 13th

Review from last week:

Made this delicious frittata for  breakfast on Sunday and the leftovers were surprisingly great for lunch the next couple days!


I stocked up on pizza dough a couple weeks go and it's so nice to be able to pull one out and make pizza for a quick dinner.


This was a new recipe we tried and really liked!  Low carb enchiladas!  I'll make this one again.



Another new recipe.  This one was pretty good, although Greg is a master at grilled chicken.
