Summer has ARRIVED. We had a week or two there where I was cursing the sun and heat (high temps really bring out the bitch), but now that we have had a few days of rain and cooler temps, I am ready for the sunshine back. Ben had absolutely been being spoiled with daily trips to the park or the beach, so when a day came where we couldn't go outside, he couldn't even comprehend it!
One evening we went down to the Kirkland waterfront to splash our feet in the water a little.
We met up briefly with the Mills family for ice cream which was so much fun:

This guy - ALWAYS with a truck or car in hand. He has one from the minute he wakes up, brings one in the car, to the grocery store, to Callie's, and to bed (when we let him).
