Meal Planning: October 14th - 18th

Review from last week:

On Sunday night I cooked a turkey breast in the crockpot!  We had it with roasted veggies one night:

 

And had turkey cobb salads the next night:





Greg and I celebrated our TENTH anniversary on Tuesdsay night by going out for deep dish pizza with Ben :)  SO romantic!  (But seriously, it was delicious and perfect)!


And since there wasn't any leftover pizza (...oops), we had breakfast for dinner on Wednesday.


Thursday night we had zucchini noodles, chicken and green beans tossed in basil pesto sauce.  This one was really good and easy to make.



Tonight we are grabbing take out on our way to babysit the Cougan kids for the evening!

Plan for next week:

It's a short week of meal planning, because on Thursday night Greg and I head out for a weekend away!!!

Saturday: Filet Steaks & Grilled Kale and Avocado Salad

Sunday: Beer Can Chicken and roasted vegetables

Monday:  Skillet Chipolte Chicken Enchiladas

Tuesday: Leftovers with a salad

Wednesday: Leftovers again!
