On Friday afternoon, Ben and I drove over to Rachel's house to join her for a nice long walk in the sun down to Edmonds beach.
It was a perfect day to get a little exercise (particularly up the brutal hill on the way back) and for Ben to enjoy a little time digging in the sand.
