Meal Planning: Week of May 16th

Review from a couple weeks back:

Grilled chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and snap peas.
 

Vegetable pasta with cherry tomatoes and crispy prosciutto.


Blue Apron - Ground pork with Korean rice cakes.  I loved this dish!



Chicken, asparagus and kale pasta


Crispy cod tacos.


Plan for next week: A trip to Costco and a lot of home cooking after a week of eating out!

Saturday: Ribs on the grill

Sunday: Rosemary Chicken Salad with Avocado and Bacon

Monday: Ricotta Meatballs with Chianti Sauce

Tuesday: Leftover Meatballs

Wednesday: Crispy Black Bean Tacos with Feta and Cabbage

Thursday: Indian Food (from the freezer)

Friday: Gyro Salads
